Our Signature HANDGRIP has a single piece of Flex-Metal, which has been sculpted to fit the curves of the hand. The soft rubber weight wraps around from the front to the back of the hand to create the only balanced handweight in existence. The weight is secured with two wrist adjustment straps and a palm adjustment strap. Our Signature HandGrip's unique design provides a tailored fit on any size hand, and leaves the fingers free---no holding required. Unlike dumbbells which will cause the blood pressure to increase with a tight grip.
Our Signature HandGrip's are available in 1 pound per hand and are equal to a 16 oz. boxing glove.
